In 1969 Karl Zetterberg and his wife Jane began a small construction company that was birthed out of the desire to build a quality home for clients, provide a living for their growing family and bring glory to Jesus Christ.
Throughout our company's history we have been involved in multiple commercial projects and have enjoyed serving owners of commercial businesses and non-profit organizations. Recently we have opened a new division, Zetterberg Commercial Construction, to serve the commercial community. Our goal is to provide design, remodeling or new construction services to business owners, non-profit organizations and places of worship. We desire to bring our personal and hands-on approach to the world of commercial construction; which we are known for in the custom home market.
Building custom homes is our craft. Over the past 45 years we have fine-tuned our building process to meet the needs of the discerning custom home client. Looking into the future we will continue building quality homes, while making the experience enjoyable and rewarding for our customers.
Design, its affects are all around us and influence our lives every day. The creative design process is one of the most enjoyable stages in the process of planning and building a custom home or remodel / addition. Greg Zetterberg is part of the construction business but also through his own design company, Zetterberg Gregory Design, works with clients to dream, plan and bring ideas to life. To put it simply, who doesn't want to design their dream home. So let's do it together! Our design process is unique and is focused on providing the client with a stress free process that focuses on getting what they want, while always keeping the budget in mind.
