We are located in Glenmont NY, just outside Albany NY and are Fully Insured. Owner Bob O'Brien received his Associates Degree in Construction Technology after graduated high school, and went on to work as a carpenter for five years. After some time, Bob wanted to branch out on his own and use his skills and knowledge to start O'Brien Construction and Property Maintenance, Inc.

Located just outside Albany NY, we are in a conveniently located to provide services to many different locations. We specialize in areas such as New Home Construction, Additions, Framing, Wood/Composite Decks, and many more of your remodeling needs. We offer many other services to fit your individual needs, and work closely with our clients to ensure their satisfaction. In the winter months, we also offer commercial snow removal. We use the latest products and quality building materials, and never cut corners or skip steps at our job sites.
