Schroeder Construction Management Inc. was born out of necessity, in 2005 when Jack Schroeder's former employer went out of business. With his employer out of business and current projects that need to be finished, clients came to Jack to complete their work on hand.

Specializing in Construction Management, we oversee construction projects from inception to completion. We plan out the whole construction process by identifying objectives critical to the project and then professionally execute them. By setting up project budgets and schedules, we determine the most effective methods of completing a project in a timely and professional manner. No matter the scale of the project, we place a strong focus on each aspect of the construction process by finding the right sub-contractors qualified for specific tasks.

Jack Schroeder, President of Schroeder Construction Management, has over 30 years of experience as a general contractor. Our staff prides itself on our high level of professionalism and production. Our staff is comprised of highly skilled and experienced managers, supervisors, and tradesman that all work together in coordinating the project to ensure an exceptional final product. We work directly with talented architects and engineers to take projects from the planning stage to the building stage.
