If you're a recent college graduate looking to gain technical and leadership skills in the construction industry, we have you covered. Our Construction Immersion Program is a two-year rotation where you 'll develop technical and leadership skills through a wide range of assignments across all phases of a project from preconstruction in estimating through construction in project management and field operations. During the program, you will rotate through hands-on assignments and have the ability to customize the program with any additional areas you have an interest in (business development, accounting, etc.)
