AFB Construction Management is a full service management company specializing in capital building projects, construction management, energy management & facilities management. This is accomplished by assembling a highly experienced Construction Team consisting of the Owner, Construction Manager, Architect/Engineer and Contractor. We supply a full-time on-site staff to oversee the daily progress of all subcontractors. This daily supervision by the experienced construction professional assures the Owner of a quality project while being able to attend to the job at hand and adhere to scheduled deadlines. AFB acts in the capacity of the "owners representatives" during the complete construction project."
