With their mission in mind, "to develop long-term client relationships by consistently outperforming industry standards of quality and service, " Joseph Viola and Jonathan Draper formed Corporate Construction, Inc., in 1999. Since that time, the company has grown to a staff of 40 construction professionals who carry out the Corporate Construction "Mission" everyday. Corporate Construction continues to be dedicated to providing an honest, responsive and professional approach to all projects. Corporate Construction is a general contracting and construction management firm serving Connecticut, New York, Massachusetts, New Jersey & Delaware.

The renovation of the 9,000 square-foot space provides a modern office environment and includes an indoor cafe and state of the art conference and recreation rooms. In addition, Hubbell installed 426 rooftop PV solar panels capable of generating over 40% of the company's power from the sun. This project, provided us a great opportunity as well as a challenge in taking this 1917 industrial space and turning it into a modern and highly functional office space utilizing energy efficient technology while keeping the industrial characteristics of yesterday intact.

Corporate Construction Inc. is a trained and certified Dura-Flex floor systems installer. We have a full time staff of employees that are dedicated to epoxy floor systems. Our lead installer heading up the installs has 15 years of experience in the flooring industry.

Our residential experience includes the full range of pre-construction services as well as meticulous on-site work. We bring together the team you need for the total effect you are looking for - architecture, engineering, construction, artisans, fine carpentry, masonry, landscaping and more. Inspired by a wood-covered bridge spanning the nearby falls, this house springs from a rolling hill. Joeb Moore, AIA, organized it as two L-shaped pieces that lock together.
