There are several advantages of design-build for the owner, including a single point of accountability for the design and construction and a faster delivery of construction. In a design build contract, REILLY will enter into an agreement with an owner and will have the responsibility of providing for design and construction. REILLY uses the design capabilities of one of it's managing partners, Mario Zacharjasz, AIS, PZS Architects (mario@reillyconstruction.com), creating an efficient and effective design build team to serve the needs and requirements of the client.
