American Industrial Construction, LLC is a new company formed February 1, 2011 for the purpose of performing industrial construction work for clients who expect the best and most cost effective project execution for "small" projects, i.e. construction value up to $20,000,000. The company may be new however the employees have years of pertinent and valuable experience. Jim McKusick, President, and Bill Brochu, Vice President, have 35 and 25 years of experience in the industrial construction field respectively.
The name of our company, American Industrial Construction, means exactly what it says. We are licensed to work all over contiguous America, coast to coast and north to south. And all we do is execute Industrial Construction. This is important because our clients can be assured that the people we put on their projects, craft and supervisory personnel, are skilled in industrial construction. American Industrial is a general contractor who self performs all the major disciplines: civil/structural, mechanical, piping, electrical and instrumentation.
