Only if you wipe your hands on your jeans instead of a napkin when dining in our caf! When you think of digging, you may think dirty. But here, we keep the park meticulously landscaped, attractions maintained and clean, and have paved walkways, waiting areas, and other locations. Please do not wear flip flops or sandals. Diggerland USA is a family-friendly park. We ask that you wear appropriate clothing, including a shirt, and safe, comfortable footwear, at all times in the Construction Adventure Park.
This place is over priced and poorly run. We spent most of our day waiting in lines because they were so understaffed! Don't recommend and won't return!
Spent a good amount of money for a birthday party for my son's 5th birthday and was pretty disappointed with the staff overall. While some of the kids that worked there weren't horrible, most were rude and one was downright abusive to the children the point that I had to say something to him. My guests were never called to the party room and communication was poor all around. My father waited forever for a funnel cake that was so burnt it was inedible. The kid making it moved like molasses and looked like he hated life. I get that it's hot, I get that being around screaming kids can't be all that fun, but I have never experience that level of horrible customer service in my life. The only enjoyable moments were the birthday song and our party hostess was alright. The park itself is fun, but most of the workers there should be fired.
Pros: - Lots of hands-on rides for both adults and kids. Definitely worth your money - Good size crowd. Not too packed. Short lines - Clean facilities. Bathrooms and grounds well maintained - good variety of rides. Something for everyone. They also have a playground for the littlest ones - well spread food areas, they have multiple food shacks so you can eat anywhere hunger strikes
What makes a 🎉 party 🎈 at #diggerlandusa so special? Because there is no where else in the US like it! Drive, ride & operate real machines, splash in our water park, play in our arcade then assemble in our open air pavilion to enjoy the celebration. There are also plenty of addons to make it unique....
