Since 1983, Nichols Construction Team has been providing commercial construction services to clients in the Greater Rochester NY area. John founded the construction company Nichols Construction Team in 1983 with his father Jim and his brother Brad. John has more than 40 years of construction experience. As president and CEO, John oversees all business operations as well as the overall construction management process ensuring that day-to-day operations meet or exceed the expectations of their clients. John manages all pre-construction services (budgets, estimates, value engineering), evaluates the client's needs, develops project delivery strategies and obtains all necessary approvals.
