I called for a simple bathroom sink snake when they got to property they said it would be $550!!!!! I've been a property manager for years and have never been quoted such a crazy price. I told them it shouldn't be more than $150 at the most. The service tech called the manager and got the $150 suddenly approved. I will definitely never call them again.

Just had our sewer pipe drained and couldn't be happier with the service. We were hesitant after reading all the negative reviews but couldn't disagree more. The serviceman was earlier than expected, professional, friendly, and took the time to explain to us the problem we were facing. Sure, it was Saturday and a little pricey, but the peace of mind of having this emergency taken care of at a moment's notice was well worth it.

I arrived home last night to find water all over my laundry room floor, leaking out into my garage and basement, all my showers backed up and toilets that wouldn't flush. I called Roto-Rooter immediately and they sent someone out promptly this morning at 8am. Russell Moore, service technician, did an amazing job of quickly identifying the problem and fixing it. He found a lot of tree roots in my plumbing lines that were causing the back up. He cleaned everything out and explained things to me in a way I could easily understand. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I couldn't be happier to have things functioning properly again! Thank you.

Your technician was excellent, but you need to quote the $365 per hour min. one hour on the initial call. I am writing this review everywhere, as you're resting taking advantage of your name recognition for way too much money. I'm mad.

Called at 7:30am with a non-urgent issue--a drain in our garage was starting to overflow when we did a lot of laundry--and they were there within an hour.
They quickly fixed the problem, recommended how to prevent it in the future, and Yelp saved us over $100. And now it's over and I can do more than one load of laundry at a time, hurrah!

If I could give 0 stars to this garbage of excuse of a company pretending to be a reputable plumbing company. I scheduled a service two days prior to the actual service. On the day of the time agreed upon, I followed up with the plumber who informed me that I was never scheduled. I have waited all day for this plumber through the original 12-3 window and now they want to offer me a 4-6 window. Do they expect me to sit at home for 6 hours and just wait in my day off? I attempted to speak to a supervisor after hearing about the delay and the numbers listed on the website only connected me to either a answering machine or "answering service" that repeatedly offer to "take a message".
I extremely unhappy with this outcome. There are a number of local plumbers that deserve your service more than this company. Plus marketing budget is definitely factored into your plumbing bill.
Save your self some time and have peace of mind by going with an honest local plumber and don't feed into this corporate plumbing abomination.
