Good service except the tech might want to flip the outside breakers on when completing the job. Was testing system and couldn't figure out why it wasn't cooling.

Jack came out for our fall check up yesterday and he was great! He took time checking both of our units, cleaning and making sure they were running properly. We had one minor issue with a new unit that he advised us of. Jack was friendly and took very good care of our home while he was checking out the thermostats and upstairs unit.

Josh G. came out today and installed the ignitor switch that Jack had mentioned to us might be an issue. Josh was great as well!

Our toilet was plugged for several days and we finally called Roscoe Brown. They sent plumbers, Larry Lord and assistant Mavay out the same day. These two young men were very professional and so kind. They asked my husband what had happened and explained everything they would try and what the cost would be. Seeing my husband's disabled veterans plate on his truc, they also offered a discount. The toilet was fixed in no time at all.

The young men left and we noticed a wet spot and leak in our garage ceiling. My husband called Roscoe back and we were told as soon as the plumbers were done with their next call, they would return. When Larry and Mavay returned they needed to replace the wax ring under the toilet. They explained it can become loose from excessive plunging! Great service from a great company and very nice young men!

We have been very fortunate to have Bradley M. come to the house to service our multiple air units. He was very informative and helped me label my power box so I know later when Im by myself, which one goes to what. He also went up into a attic crawl space that hasnt been serviced in a while due to shelving in the closet of our new home. It was nice to know the condition of the upstairs unit, it was as bad as we thought.

Time to replace, he gave us our options with no pressure, but we decided it was better to get a new unit for upstairs. It was time. He is very friendly and enjoyable to work with. I appreciated all his knowledge. He explained anything I was curious about in general about how the air units works and if I wasnt sure about something he was willing to explain so I did. Roscoe Brown is very lucky to have him on their team.

As hot as it is, got to have air, so give them a call to keep your units in check. Ask for Bradley as well. Youll see what I mean in my review.. We had our A/C put in by Chris Keller and his assistant David Smith. Very friendly fellows. They were on time and ready to go. They didnt waste any time putting in my air unit. Unfortunately for them the one part of the unit was in a tiny spot in the ceiling of our closet and so hot up there.

Never heard Chris complain once. He was very clean worker, picked up after he was done. He made sure everything was good to go when he was done hooking it all up and went over the thermostat they put in which now I can control with my phone. It was 87 up in the room where the repair was and hotter in the attic where he had to replace it. David Smith hustled down the stairs with the old unit and out the door to not get anything on the carpet and he helped out the thermostat on the wall for us.

Throughout the day going to get things for Chris to keep it moving along. We are very happy to have our air upstairs now for our guests. We were very lucky to get this done in a day. I know they had a lot of clients this week, but they fit us in as they said they would.

I recently purchased a gas heater for my swimming pool. I used Roscoe Brown to install my gas lines. Dylan, and Jesse, showed up on time and got started right away. I left for work and came back at lunch. Jesse was still working and eventually completed the task. Dylan followed up by inspecting the job. Brandon met the Atmos representative as he installed the gas meter, made sure everything was safe, and did a test fire on my heater. I was 100% satisfied with the job these men did!!

My Roscoe Brown service tech, Mikey Tidwell, was outstanding. He was thorough with explaining the issue that caused my HVAC system to stop working in the summer heat, and repaired it right away. I had a few other AC related issues, and Mikey took the time to investigate and make the adjustments while he was here. I'm not sure if you can make requests when making a service call, but if so, ask for Mikey - he goes above and beyond.
