The Farnham and Pfile Construction Management Team works directly with the Project Management Team to insure that sequentially correct materials and machinery arrive at the site in a cost effective manner to eliminate manpower delays. The site Superintendent runs the day-to-day operations on the construction site and controls the short-term schedule. The Superintendent also manages site Safety, Quality Control and subcontractor coordination responsibilities.
