Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co. was established in 1963 and provides services to Rock Springs and the surrounding areas. We are a plumbing and heating contractor and service company that has developed a solid reputation of providing quality service at competitive prices. We employ 50 people on average and the health and welfare of our employees is important to us. Therefore, we take pride in our great benefits package. We have three major departments including a plumbing and HVAC service department, a residential furnace and air conditioning installation department, and a commercial contracting and construction department.
Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co. was established in 1963 by Vaughn & Lila Cross on the basis of providing the highest quality of work to residents in Sweetwater County. In the 1970's, Vaughn and Lila's three sons - Kevin, Kendall, and Kayle Cross began working for the company. During the next decade Vaughn's expanded into the sheet metal and service areas of the business. After many years of service, Vaughn retired in 1991 with Lila following in 2000. The company has since moved into its 3rd generation with the additions of Kreston Cross & Keaton West to the team.
Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co.'s installation department is trained and NATE certified on all equipment we install. We are a Lennox Premier Dealer and install many other top brands such as Daikin, Coleman Guardian, L.G., and Mitsubishi, Lochinvar, Burnham, Bradford White, Rheem, and A.O. Smith - among others! All our work is guaranteed. To ensure they do that, they are trained to design, install, service, and maintain HVAC systems; are dedicated to achieving complete customer satisfaction; and must maintain a 5-star rating among consumers.
Recently we had trouble with our 32 year old boiler. The crew at Vaughn's were very professional and discussed our options and explained everything to us. Because our hot water tank was also 12 years old we decided to have it replaced at the same time. They finished installing the new boiler and indirect stainless steel hot water heater. Thank you Vaughn's! for keeping us safe and warm!

We had a water heater and furnace put in by Vaughn's 6 years ago my water heater quit working 1 month after the warranty ran out, we called them they came out and told me it would be cheaper to replace it than fix it, really 6 years old, what kind of cheap crap do they sell. Oh and best part is they charged us $ 270. To come to my house and do absolutely nothing except tell they couldn't fix their own piece of crap. I won't ever call them again, but they need to make a lot of money off us fools to pay for that big new shop they have RIGHT!
