We have trained and specialized paving, concrete and seal coating crews and we would not be here today without the talent and attention to detail that our employees possess.

B & B Paving and Construction, Inc. is owned and operated by partners Luigi Buttino and Codey Beblavy. Luigi Buttino has over 25 years of concrete, paving and sealcoating experience. He has worked on everything from large highway construction to basic patch-work. Our mission is to be the largest residential and commercial concrete, paving and seal coating contractor's in the triple cities, offering the best possible service while never compromising our quality. We currently have 11 employees, a concrete crew, a paving crew and a sealcoating crew.

We offer a large variety of stamping, coloring as well as concrete stains. All of our concrete finishers are extremely skilled and are all personally trained by the owners.

At B&BPaving and Construction, Inc. in addition to our expert paving team we are also proud to offer sealcoating to our loyal customers. Not yet a loyal customer. Our sealcoating division can seal driveways, parking lots, pathways, sports courts and more. We offer a complete seal coating process from surface cleaning and preparation, crack filling and seal coating using a special asphalt based mixture that includes a sand additive that allows for a slip resistant surface.
