I can't say enough good things about this company. From our experience with customer service to scheduling to Anthony our service person who worked late on a Sunday to clear our nasty sewer blockage even though I told him he could come back on Monday... He was so pleasant and professional, and didn't try to price gouge us like the last company we used that left everything in our home graffitied with their stickers. if you want honest professional excellent service I highly recommend Time, and Anthony.

NATE F, by far best in the business. When it comes to highlighting this guy's work ethic, i can't continue to find the words. he is and will be the only guy I trust and go through. Thank you so much again for being so personable and being "my guy", his character is ineffeable and is demonstrated through his quality of work. he absolutely makes sure the job is done correctly everytime and I feel confident that my home is in working order when he leaves. he's so kind as well, great conversationalist and my dogs adore him! such a friendly guy. my favorite part is that he feels like a family friend and not just some guy doing a job and I appreciate that the most.thank you so much Nate!

My hot water heater decided to fail and leak. I called Time Plumbing, Heating & Electric. Anthony came to the rescue in about 30 minutes. Before the job started, he explained everything to me and went right to work. He did an awesome job installing a new Bradford hot water heater. He cleaned up afterwards and that was that. I am very happy with the new Bradford. I will definitely request Anthony for other jobs.

The service is exceptional and Justin J. is the best EVER! When they said he would be here, he was. He stayed on task, no messing around. Justin was respectful of our property, really does know what he is doing. Our bathtub shower and the toilet were fixed in record time. He was honest about our kitchen sink and explained the services Time offered. We picked the best one for us. Our new faucet is just great and Justin went out of his way to be sure we got what we wanted.
He even had to use a reciprocating saw to get the old one out, it was so bad. He remained pleasant even though I know he had to be wishing he was somewhere else. I will recommend Time and Justin to anyone who needs REAL help with any plumbing issue!!!

When our sewage ejector pump failed, we found Time Plumbing...online. They were prompt, their technician came in the appointed time window, was very courteous and knowledgeable. No problems with his assessment. But there was sticker shock at the price to which I agreed. While the technician was obtaining the needed pump I checked around and found another plumbing professional who quoted a lower price.
I contacted Time's technician and expressed my concern over his quoted price. He was able to come back to me a different proposal which was acceptable. He returned, was very courteous, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I am very pleased with the work and also pleased with the responsiveness of the company to my concerns.

I needed to get a new toilet installed in a hurry, I only had one day. Nate came out and did a great job, clean and efficient,1 hours just as predicted. He even hauled the old toilet away. Great job, I will use this plumber again. Thank you!
