Makarov Construction was founded by Andrei and Elvira Makarov to accommodate the commercial concrete and excavation market of Western PA. Today, our family-owned business remains focused on the job quality and delivers excellence in construction services by consistently providing great project experience. Elvira serves as majority owner and business manager for the company. Andrei takes on the role of project manager and is in charge of daily operations. Our company currently employs 20 people including 3 foremen, 2 operators, 9 concrete finishers, 4 skilled laborers.
