As the company grew and its client base expanded from Lancaster County to throughout Central Pennsylvania and New Jersey shore communities, so too did its reputation as an outstanding residential custom home builder, commercial general contractor and custom cabinetmaker.

Mark and Becky Simeral founded Simeral Construction in 1987 with the guiding principal to provide clients with a quality product in both design and construction that would exceed their expectations. The company continues today to deliver custom homes and new construction, remodeling and renovations, custom cabinetry and millwork that are unsurpassed in craftsmanship and service. We established Simeral Cabinetry in 2000, and assembled a team of skilled cabinetmakers who focus on individually designing, carefully crafting and hand finishing solid wood custom cabinetry for kitchens, baths, walk-in closets, family rooms, home theaters and other places where people want beautiful and well-crafted cabinetry. Architectural details include custom fireplace surrounds, crown moldings and unique wainscoting in beautiful red mahogany or custom-distressed paints. Our products reflect innovative design, construction quality and attention to the many details often specifically requested by clients.
