Together with @ls3p and Spandrel Development Partners, we worked to incorporate design elements like the diamond shapes in the balusters of the Juliet balconies at Hoffler Place (Charleston, SC), similar to the emblem one would have seen on the neon, Art-Deco marquee sign above the entrance to the former Lincoln Theater.
Armada Hoffler Construction Company and a team of designers and subcontractors have worked hard to construct the 27 Atlantic Apartments in Virginia Beach, VA. Set to open beginning mid-May, over 80% of these one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes feature an ocean view.
