We believe that we have some of the best and brightest people in the construction industry and constantly invest in those people to be the best versions of themselves that they can be. Training, goal setting, and accountability are all part of the culture of UrbanCore. We all do what we say we are going to do, and do not tolerate otherwise. At UrbanCore we believe planning is the number one most important thing that we do as construction managers. We plan out how projects will go from two dimensional drawings to physical things we can all see and touch.
We believe the most important part of any project is the planning that happens prior to the start. Our pre-construction department uses our proven process to understand our clients goals and work with the entire team (architecture, engineering, etc) to achieve those goals. We offer full general contracting services which includes estimating, subcontractor contract buyout, project management, field management, subcontractor management and closeout. We take pride in our ability to manage the construction of our clients projects from start to finish.
Today as we celebrate International Women’s Day and begin Women in Construction Week, we’d like to say a big thank you to the inspiring women on our team who bring bold ideas to breathtaking spaces and construct amazing projects for our clients and communities. ✨
A few weeks ago, we highlighted our project, Mission Lane Annex in Scott’s Addition. Today, we’re excited to feature its neighboring building, Mission Lane!
The framing is up and it's exciting to see all the progress that has been made since this past fall on Scott's Collection I, the first of three projects, in Scott's Addition.
