Ralph Konrady, a custom home builder of 40+ years, began his building career as a third generation builder. Ahead of his time, he built some of the first solar passive homes in the rocky mountains of Colorado in the 1970's. On the shores of North Carolina since the early 1980's; high quality, sustainable construction is top of mind on all custom homes and renovations. Ralph has built and renovated over 100 homes during his career. He takes pride in delivering a stress-free building experience, proving himself to be one of the top builders in the area.

Tanner Konrady and Kelsey Konrady Elmore are a brother-sister team that grew up on the south end of Wrightsville Beach. Seeing neighbors come and go from their beach homes, Tanner and Kelsey saw firsthand the need and desire of their neighbors to have a local point of contact and watchful set of eyes to ensure their homes stayed in tip-top shape while they were away. And so, the idea of South End Properties Home Management, Maintenance, and Concierge was created! South End Properties provides expertise in the area; as well as, extensive home maintenance and management knowledge.
