With 40 field employees and eight office employees we at SCCI feel that we possess all the abilities needed for your concrete construction project. Our sales have increased every year and we have been able to consistently provide profits for growth and training. SCCI is located in Spring Grove, IL: 60 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and 50 miles southwest of downtown Milwaukee near the Illinois / Wisconsin border.
Len Swederski Construction was formed in 1985 and incorporated in Illinois as Swederski Concrete Construction Inc, (SCCI) in 1993. As our business grew it became evident that to be successful in the industry we needed to do things better than our competition and offer our customers and employees something special. We have accomplished this by providing our employees fair wages, occupational training, a safe and drug/alcohol free work place, company paid health, dental and life insurance, retirement and profit sharing, and providing them the best and most advanced equipment available to do their job.
