We provide a full range of construction services which includes planning, pre-construction, construction management, design build, renovation, new construction and BIM. Although we focus mainly in the office, parking structures and industrial markets, Shelco also serves a broad range of clients including retail, medical, educational, mission critical, bio-technology and athletic sectors.

Since 1978, Shelco has constructed a variety of industrial and distribution facilities for cold and dry goods storage and distribution. Our extensive warehouse experience over the years has transferred successfully into industrial and manufacturing facilities. We understand that these facilities require fast track scheduling and paying close attention to detail during the slab pour.
