At RESOLUTE, project managers and superintendents work closely with our estimating/preconstruction team to facilitate a seamless transition from estimating/preconstruction to actual construction. Candidate qualifications should include: college degree in a related field; 5 years of commercial construction management experience; skill in computer-based estimating systems; experience working in the field.
