In 2012, our founders Todd Malo and DJ Doherty set out to build a company whose mission was to provide an exceptional, value-rich building experience by creating an environment which values people, knowledge and relationships. With each project that comes our way, we put forth our big company capabilities, small company flexibility, personalized attention and desire for championship-level performance to push the limits of what was thought possible. Our company has now grown to 30+ employees on staff whose areas of commercial construction expertise include: commercial, healthcare, historic restoration, corporate, ecclesiastical, amenities, higher education, municipal, and industrial.
Located in Greenville, SC, Mavin Construction provides design, construction and maintenance for commercial and industrial construction projects across upstate SC and western NC. We are comprised of an exceptional internal team and solid external subcontract partnerships. Within our organization and our partnerships, we prioritize outstanding character and work ethic.
