A premier woman-owned commercial interior construction company, we have been building high-quality corporate workplaces, higher education institutions, and healthcare facilities throughout the Southeast since 1999. We do so by placing relationships front and center every step of the way - with our clients, our Leapley team, our partners, and the local communities in which we serve.
Leapley Construction is a commercial construction company whose specialty is interior construction. We believe every project is a symbiotic relationship that includes ALL team members - client, tenant representative, architect, landlord, subcontractors and vendors. When we are committed to be part of the Development Team, we help create the budget and schedule, pre-qualify subcontractors, identify long lead items and assist in the permitting process. We facilitate all planning and status meetings and manage all communications in a timely, concise and accurate way.
With over 15 years of industry experience, Heather Rich is the driving force behind the project from preconstruction to closeout. Her main focus is to provide excellent customer service through constant communication, attention to detail, and excellent leadership. She is consistently requested back by her clients. Heather has worked as an interior designer, business development manager, and project manager, affording her a well-rounded view of the industry. Most recently she's focused on managing renovations, encompassing everything from restaurants to retail offices.
At age 26, Meredith came to Atlanta from Washington, D.C., and founded a commercial interior general contracting firm in a city where she had few professional connections. Twenty years later, Leapley Construction is a premier commercial interior general contractor, generating over $85 million in revenue with top corporate clients such as The Coca-Cola Company, Norfolk Southern, Georgia Power, Georgia Tech, Emory University, and Piedmont Healthcare. Integrity, persistence, and hard work are a few of the characteristics that have propelled Meredith into the top ranks, leading one of the fastest-growing women-owned companies.
As the Preconstruction Manager, Kyle starts the budget and scheduling conversation in the conceptual stage, ensuring that the designers' ideas can be achieved within the allotted resources. His preconstruction practices have resulted in major savings for clients in the form of reduced schedules, give backs, and value engineering. Kyle works with the project team to develop all cost proposals, ensuring compliance with project requirements while providing the best cost/value ratio for the client. His deep knowledge of the preconstruction process enables him to consistently produce clear, complete, and competitive estimates, general conditions, and detailed bid packages.
