Welcome to the home of Olde South Design Consultants, your source for all aspects of residential design and drafting. Currently located near Atlanta, Georgia, we work with clients nationwide. By utilizing more than twenty years of residential custom construction experience with custom design, we approach our projects with the eyes of a builder, helping find possible construction problems or issues before the projects ever leave the drafting board. Further, our experience in the custom design and construction fields allow us to more accurately communicate with our customers.

Olde South Design Studios has its roots in the residential construction industry. Originally conceived as a custom design/construction company in 1985, we worked with our customers to design their dream houses and then built them to the highest of construction standards. Through this process, we learned the best ways to effectively communicate with our customers. We learned from these methods of communication the best way to develop a successful set of construction plans capable of aiding in the construction process rather than making it more confusing.

Our company is more than a design and drafting house. We have gone the extra mile to implement the lessons we learned from residential construction to bridge the gap from design and drafting to actual construction. In this, we can consult on all facets of construction from the initial home conception to the complete construction of new homes. Below is a listing of our basic services.
