Dallas' career in the construction industry spans over 23 years and includes serving clients in the higher education, K-12, private, federal, state and local government market sectors throughout the State of Georgia. He earned a Bachelor Degree from Georgia Southwestern State University in Business and a Master's in Construction Management from Southern Polytechnic State University. Dallas maintains direct project involvement by serving as project manager and project executive on projects of all types for the organization.
