With its formative roots in Louisiana (LA) and Texas (TEX) in the mid 1940's, Latex Construction Company has become a leader in the construction of transmission pipeline facilities for customers in the oil and natural gas industry. Throughout our history, we have completed numerous projects of various scopes and sizes involving the construction of large diameter cross-country transmission pipelines, meter stations, hydrostatic testing, fabricating assemblies and facilities rehabilitation. The country's modern-day underground transmission pipeline infrastructure has proven to be among the safest and most reliable, economical, and environmentally responsible means of transporting oil and gas energy resources.

Headquartered just east of Atlanta, Georgia, Latex Construction Company has served the natural gas transmission pipeline industry for more than 70 years. The Company owns a fleet of well-maintained heavy construction equipment, including a wide array of pipe layers, pipe bending machinery, backhoes and bulldozers. We are closely affiliated with a specialized trucking company which facilitates the mobilization of construction machinery to and from the project site. Although our target market area lies primarily within the Eastern United States, we are qualified as a specialty construction contractor in 38 States.
