Martin Concrete Construction is the Southeast's premiere, turn-key commercial concrete contractor. Since 1991, we have been satisfying customers with top quality concrete construction services on hundreds of projects from our Atlanta and Nashville offices. Over the last 29 years, we have completed a wide array of construction projects. Our project experience ranges from industrial buildings and manufacturing facilities to mixed-use developments and multi-story structural concrete projects. With 29 years of business and thousands of concrete projects completed, there isn't much we haven't built.

Headquartered today in Kennesaw, GA, Martin Concrete was incorporated in 1991 and funded entirely by the sale of Jeff Martin's two motorcycles to rent office space and purchase basic materials and equipment. In the years since, we have grown into a group of four independent divisions employing over 450people, all working under the umbrella of Martin Concrete Construction, Inc. Our four independent divisions within Martin Concrete make us the only concrete subcontractor in the Southeast that operates a truly turn-key operation.

Concrete paving provides end users with many advantages over traditional asphalt paving. Concrete paving provides a more sustainable product because the integrity of the slab outlasts asphalt paving and limits ongoing maintenance years after the building is delivered. Martin Concrete has performed millions of square feet on concrete paving projects with varying slopes and thickness requirements.

As a true turn-key concrete contractor, we employ over 75 finishers in house to finish concrete on all of our projects across the Southeast. We are home to the largest fleet of finishing equipment in the Southeast which includes: 11 Somero Laser Screeds and over 30 trowel machines. Owning and maintaining our own finishing equipment allows us to focus on completing the project in a timely manner without depending on a subcontractor's schedule.

Our experience with Structural Concrete ranges from cast-in-place framed decks and post tension slabs, to cast-in-place foundation walls and columns. We have completed projects with large parking garages, as well as multi-story mixed-use developments using structural concrete. We staff some of the most knowledgeable superintendents in the South that are confident in completing any type of structural concrete project.
