Scott Hester helped launch Asa Carlton in 2003 as a commercial construction firm specializing in retail, hospitality, office, and healthcare interiors. Since then, he has built and maintained the company's financial practices and procedures to ensure exceptional financial stability for clients, employees, vendors and subcontractors. While he keeps a close and strategic eye on the company's financial position for sustainable exponential growth, he continues to manage all the company's banking relationships, as well as the insurance and bonding, and state licensing programs.
