HTS Construction, Inc. began as a one-man operation hauling dirt for home builders and performing light excavation work. We have grown into a company of approximately 50 employees and can now self perform a complete site-work package that includes asphalt paving, concrete curb and gutter, flat-work, and underground utilities. Our employees hold certifications required by the State of Georgia to perform work specific to their training and background. These include NPDES, Flagger, Utility Foreman, Utility Manager, Confined Spaces, Competent Person and HAZmat to name a few.
