Summit Construction of Vero Beach, LLC was established in 1999 with one thing in mind-provide high-quality, on-time construction management and contracting services for our community. Summit was founded by Brad Schuh who serves as President and Project Manager for all projects. We are a state certified General Contractor that specializes in providing bonded construction management and general contracting services in Indian River, St. Lucie, Okeechobee and Brevard Counties. The members of Summit have been providing these services for over 25 years.

Summit's general focus is the bonded commercial market of construction management in Indian River and St. Lucie Counties. The majority of projects that we are involved with are for local businesses, schools and municipalities. We pride ourselves in our resume of projects with repeat clients. Our clients usually request additional services from us after they have experienced our performance.
