Construction Management is a contracting vehicle that allows competitive sub-bids while still enjoying the benefit of the negotiated contract. The Construction Management method of contracting is an excellent fast-track method, allowing work to commence before the plans are actually completed. Owners reap the benefits of time savings. Our Construction Management program is broken into two phases: Pre-Construction and Construction Management.

STAR's state of the art technology allows us to provide you with all the general contracting services needed to design, construct and finish your building plans.

Offering these services allows us to work with a variety of clients including medical facilities, churches, schools, universities, automobile dealerships, offices, and industrial projects.
