Fletcher Construction, LLC is a reformation of the building company owned by George E. "Cotton" Fletcher during much of the 1980's and 1990's. In 1996 Mr. Fletcher decided to get out of building to focus solely on the development side of the business. Today, we look to continue on the legacy Mr. Fletcher built as a home builder and developer. Our latest projects include Savannah Station Phase II; providing 37 new, high quality, affordable homes in Alachua. Nestled between Southwest 8th Avenue and 122nd Street, lies Gloria's Way: Gainesville's newest upscale neighborhood.
Started in the 1960's, Fletcher Development is a real estate development company specializing in single family developments in Alachua County Florida. With over 20 named projects to its credit and thousands of developed home sites, Fletcher Development is one of Alachua County's oldest and most experienced residential developers. Some of our recent projects include Oak Glenn, The Retreat at Fletcher's Mill, and Fletcher Park, with a more complete list at the bottom of the page. Our three active projects are listed below with Gloria's Way currently scheduled to be completed late summer of 2017.
