Kellogg & Kimsey, Inc. was founded in 1986 by Phil Kellogg and Charles Kimsey. After working as Construction Managers for regional and national firms, Phil and Charles had a strong desire early in their careers to create an outstanding general contracting firm to serve Florida and beyond. The goal has been, and always will be, to deliver the client's desired results in a professional manner with integrity. This has been accomplished through careful recruitment and selection of employees with character, deep experience, and knowledge in their area of responsibility.
