The design build approach is a method of project delivery in which pre-construction services and construction services are both provided by J.T. Harrison Construction Co., Inc. Combining these two phases, allows for a simpler building process and faster completion. The design build option is essentially cost saving for our clients, as well, due to the elimination of the need to hire separate entities.
Our general contracting services may develop through the competitive bid process or through project negotiations. Following the award of a contract, we actively facilitate an alliance with our client, and the project architect/ engineer to begin project planning and execution. Our role within the alliance, designates us as the primary coordinator of the work. We are responsible for scheduling and overseeing all aspects during the construction phase.

The role of construction management involves constant oversight, and general decision making on a daily basis from the beginning of a project, through the completion phase.
