During the 35 years Fero Construction has been in business, we have built over 2,000 custom homes, 4 condominiums, a medical facility, and numerous duplexes and commercial office buildings. In 1976, Tom started his building career with a small spec house in Port Charlotte, FL. He did most of the work himself, including a tile roof. Building custom homes provided Tom a way to express his talents as a carpenter and designer. That home introduced Fero Construction to the public - attention to detail, quality workmanship, and word of mouth did the rest.
