1979-2019 Surety Construction Company is celebrating its 40th Anniversary this year. It makes us all proud that we have crossed another milestone together in the history of our company. On the 7th of December our company shall complete 40 years of its establishment.
With decades of solid experience in the many aspects of commercial and residential construction, the Principals of Surety Construction together offer a multitude of talent and expertise. For this very reason, Surety Construction has the ability and knowledge to provide construction and management services for a variety of projects. In 1979, David Kelly began Surety Construction with the idea that the company would deliver exceptional work according to plan, within budget and on time. Since then, his son, Terry Kelly, has taken the helm, along with Herb Hill, Jeff Turner and Cindy Floyd.
