Sain Construction Company holds an unlimited General Contractor's license along with bonding capabilities for large construction projects. Our projects range from a few thousand dollars to in excess of forty million dollars. We have constructed many different projects throughout Tennessee, Alabama, Ohio, Kentucky, Mississippi, and Texas. Sain Construction Company was established in 1933 by Pete Sain, Sr. In the beginning, the commercial construction company employed about fifteen workers and over the years has grown to work force in excess of one hundred employees.
