Sullivan Cozart was chosen as the prime contractor for the 26,000 square feet build out at 4400 Commerce Crossing in Louisville Kentucky. The project includes the complete interior demolition of the existing office floor. For more than 15 years, Sullivan Cozart has assissted the world's leader in shipping and logistics, United Parcel Service, with construction projects that range from hubs to office and command centers.
Sullivan Cozart provided construction services for the interior build out at the Sazerac West Office. The 14,000 square feet space consists of demolition, break room locker rooms, offices, lab, and hallway. This new facility will enable Sazerac to expand its processing, blending, packaging and distribution capabilities. It will be its first project in Indiana and will expand. Sullivan Cozart has been chosen as the general contractor for the multi million dollar update to the U.S. Customs and Border Protection office located at the United Parcel Service Worldport hub.
