Hoar founded the F.R. Hoar Construction Company in Birmingham, Alabama. Over the next seven decades, Hoar Construction grew from building churches to one of the preeminent builders in the Southeast.

We offer expertise in planning a construction project before the actual construction begins, including feasibility studies, cost analyses, estimating, master scheduling, and design team structure and selection. These services give the owner a clear picture of the project scope that can be supported by the budget and what it will take to achieve success.
