Crain Construction is a Nashville, Tenn.-based company that has transitioned from a residential builder to providing design/build, construction management and general contracting services throughout the Southeast. During the first two decades, residential construction was the primary business. But, by 1950, residential construction was phased out and replaced by commercial, institutional and industrial construction. While our name has changed and our client base and referrals have expanded into new areas, the values on which the company was founded, and our reputation for leadership and quality work throughout the Southeast, have remained steadfast through the years.
Starting with preconstruction, Crain Construction considers the owner's needs and incorporates them into the design, including timeline of delivery, equipment necessities, production flow and the client's workforce.
