A local company to me, so I thought. They overcharged me for an hour of labor. When I questioned why the extra hour of labor: Earl said it was for travel time, from Cincinnati! Mind you the main office is 2 miles up the road. Sadly it's companies like Earl's that make the DIY industry flourish. I purposely called local to help out Alexandria, lesson learned!
