We can help you with your demolition needs. Whither they are large projects like houses, old garages, or office buildings or small items like sheds, swimming pools or old septic tanks. Cleaning up your property or making way for a redevelopment project is something we look forward to working with you on.
We have now been in business for over four decades and have literally installed hundreds of septic systems for homeowners in the region. Because of our long list of completed septic systems with satisfied customers, we believe you will not find a more experienced or knowable septic contractor that Chambers Construction. Do you have a lot that will not accept a conventional sewer disposal system? We work closely with soil scientists and have an engineer on staff to serve the needs of more challenging disposal area needs.
How to build a lake = Move lots of dirt.
So when you are choosing a site for your new house, keep in mind you do not want to disturb the soil where your Septic System will be. There have been those that have done so and then have to put a more expensive system in such as a pump system or LPP System. because the Ground water protection agency who inspects the system will not allow you to put a Septic system in an area where the soil has been disturbed.
We are one of the only few in the state of Tennessee licenced to install LPP Systems.
