Design-Build and General Contracting services are second nature to us as well. We remain family-owned (fourth generation, with more on that later too), and have offices in Terre Haute, Evansville and Indianapolis (ranked twice within the past five years as one of the Top 25 fastest growing companies by the Indianapolis Business Journal).

As a leader in our industry, we were on the front lines of bringing Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) to our local government and public clients, providing influential testimony on House Bill 1196.

As a pioneer of the Design-Build delivery method in Indiana, we have paved the way for single-sourced, competitively-priced, fast-track projects throughout the state. We began using Design-Build back in the 1950's, before it was cool, with projects such as Crawford Elementary School and Maryland Community Church in Terre Haute, both of which are still standing and repurposed.
