Founded by Bob and Gladys Koetter in 1954, The Koetter Group beganas a residential and agricultural business and has grown into one of the largest full service, design-build general contractors and commercial developers in Southern Indiana and the Greater Louisville Kentucky area. Dedicated to quality construction for over a half a century, we continue to hold close the values of family, honesty, community service and commitment to all of our clients.

Every roof is different therefore our re-roofs division begins by coming out to inspect your existing conditions. We take into consideration what is inside your building, the number of re-roofs undergone in the past and the load the roof is currently carrying. From here we will determine the best application for your facility that will meet your needs. Whether you need structural support, insulation, moisture protection, vaper barrier protection or an entire new roof we've got you covered. Specializing in the engineering, insulation and retro fit segments of re-roofs, we will provide the best solution for your conditions.

Our Masonry Division was started in 1978 by Bob Koetter Jr. Known for their attention to detail this division provides their own highly skilled workforce that utilizes many different architectural methods and materials on each project. They use these methods along with the latest in scaffold systems to create award winning projects.

Using state of the art equipment and receiving continuing education, our Concrete Division has mastered the precision required to build foundation and tilt-up wall systems. They prepare and place floors, sidewalks and driveways as well as perform other specialty work. As a leader in innovation and customer satisfaction we guarantee quality work on every project.

Our Hardscapes Division specializes in custom stonework, walls, driveways, columns, retaining walls, decorative concrete and more. Utilizing decades of experience our team provides high quality custom design on every project, from small and large residential to commercial and institutional.

In 2010 we signed a contract with the Koetter's to construct a new turn-key building - some small items we took care of. The project went great and we opened in April 2011. In 2017 we needed more space once again and the Koetter's put up a nice 6000 sq ft building - on budget and on time. Some minor problems were worked out. We were glad once again to let the Koetter's build what we needed. Last Saturday night we had a problem with an overhead door in our building which didn't allow us to secure the building.
