--HELP REQUEST--We recently switched to AT&T Fiber Optic VoIP and IP Flex Reach -- PHONES AND INTERNET...and the service has been spotty at best (we were so excited to get fiber-they said 99.99% reliable service). We have been totally OUT OF SERVICE for over a day now...so don't try calling or you will not get through!
