Setterlin is a family owned commercial construction company that provides outstanding construction services throughout central and southern Ohio. The tradition began in 1935, when Robert W. Setterlin, Sr. founded Robert W. Setterlin & Sons. For four generations, we've been providing award-winning construction services that have had a lasting impact on our clients and our community. We're prepared for the challenges that come with building new retail facilities or building out existing facilities: tight schedules, coordination of equipment, franchise specific construction requirements. Setterlin was the General Contractor for the Kroger Hebron store remodel. The deli area of the store was completely overhauled to create several food stations including a cafeteria-style chicken and pizza stations, sandwich station, bakery, and olive bar. The adjoining produce department received new flooring and displays while the adult beverage area received new flooring and a contained liquor store.

Setterlin served as the Design/Builder responsible for conceptual drawings through construction. The project renovated a dilapidated, existing office building, turning it into a 13,000 SF, open air facility for the company's headquarters. The facility includes a geothermal heating and cooling system and a 40' glass atrium.
