Architecture is a personal business and when you work with Studio 3 Architecture, you are working with people. 120 Commercial Building A mixed-use, multi-tenant building, 120 Commercial is a historic property that used to house the Spaghetti Warehouse. Coastline Foot + Ankle Center This 5,780 square foot, craftsman-style structure features deep roof overhangs with exposed rafter tails, gable end roof brackets, prominent window trim and meticulously articulated porches. The interior features large vaulted spaces that further enhance the patient experience.
Blue Star Gas is based in California and slowly expanding north through Oregon. A new facility is provided in Salem that includes retail sales, local delivery service and local filling stations. Designed as a pre-engineered metal building, the exterior was designed to match their other locations but also meet Salem's design overlay. A large lot provides for gas tank storage and vehicular parking. Expanding on an existing pre-engineered metal building, Kaufman Masonry needed additional warehouse and office area.
With views of Salem, the single family residence sits high on the property and was designed in the farm house contemporary style. Covered porches provide for yearlong outdoor enjoyment, vaulted ceilings at the top floor increase volume, and durable finishes throughout complete the 4 bedroom home. Recently a shop was constructed to match the residences appearance. Other features include a large open area that includes the great room, dining room and kitchen. The traditional living room was not provided for preference of this large open area.
